Return and exchanges

We assure you that luxury shopping with Crest Luxury will be a gratifying experience for you. However, if you are not satisfied with an item we have exchange and return policies for you in place.

TIME FRAME: Customer has to contact Crest Luxury within a day after the delivery of the product via email or phone. Any return request beyond the day one will not be accepted. The customer will have to send it back to the CL office. The expense of the shipping will be borne by the customer.

CONDITION OF ITEMS: Items needs to be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the Product delivered incase of receiving damaged products in return, the CL team holds the right to refuse return payment on the purchase and the customer has to then pay the shipping of the product if in that case they decide to keep it.

REFUND METHOD: Refund will be in the same mode of payment as the item was purchased within 15 days once the item is inspected and accepted.

EXCHANGES

Customers can have exchanges and will have to pay for the shipping charges for the product that they want to exchange.

Customers can purchase any product in exchange of the product that they are returning.

Customers can also choose to avail a credit note which will be valid for 6 months.
